Web Developers
This is an excellent opportunity for graduate software developers to join our team working on a range of exciting projects for some of our fantastic clients.
Our core technology focus is .NET and SharePoint and we will look to build significantly on any existing web technology development skills to allow you to
quickly make an effective contribution to our projects.
We'd love to hear from graduates either with a minimum of a 2:1, or expecting to get at least a 2:1, in a degree focussed on software development.
We are looking for outstanding people with the attitude, motivation and ability to become highly competent software developers. Any relevant technical or commercial
experience will be taken into account, but clearly .NET and SharePoint skills would be the ideal background.
All our people operate in a client facing environment so we will be expecting excellent personal standards of presentation and communication.
Systems Engineers
Working in a dynamic Microsoft Gold Partner company you will take shared responsibility for the day to day
management and maintenance of the servers, systems and software upgrades. You will also be involved in
helpdesk/desktop support.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior systems administrator to work for an energetic organisation
that with a positive working environment, excellent training and opportunities for career development.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and will have experience of providing
technical support to end-users. They should be a self-starter who is capable of managing their own work and
participating actively as part of a team.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for the right person to control their career development with
a willingness to learn new skills and broaden their knowledge by taking on responsibilities with a wider scope
than their job description.
Experience of the following would be ideal:
- Windows Server 2003 / 2008
- Exchange/Outlook
- Active Directory
- SQL 2005 upwards
- Hyper-V, TCP/IP, RAID, DNS, VPN, Antivirus Applications
- Networking Protocols, Switches, Routers, SAN
Any experience of Microsoft licensing, Lotus Domino technologies and structured system release management would be viewed favourably.
Demonstrable client facing and support helpdesk experience would also be beneficial.

Account Managers and Business Development Executives
This is an incredible opportunity, without having to go on TV, for the brightest of young business minds
to join a vibrant and growing company. Reporting directly to our Business Development Manager, we are looking for a single, outstanding
candidate to join our business development and client account management team representing
the custom software development and integration services that BMN provides.
As part of the team you will contribute to all aspects of the work we do to win new business and
maintain our client accounts. This includes responding to tenders, attending client meetings,
writing proposals, estimating and pricing, marketing, liasing with our technical staff and
literally anything else that our clients require.
You won't be the finished article, even if you think you are - We are looking for potential,
intellect, a natural flair for business and the ability to think on your feet. You must look the
part, with the highest personal standards of presentation and communication.
We are looking for outstanding people with the attitude, motivation and ability to succeed. You must
communicate extremely well, written and orally. No exceptions whatsoever.
You will have an excellent degree (minimum 2:1, preferably a 1st) from a British higher education institution. The degree subject is
largely immaterial as far as we are concerned - any relevant technical or commercial experience
will be taken into account, but clearly any knowledge of the software development business would
be the ideal background.
You will be very well supported and will work as part of a team.
